SWP十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又(you)平行，否(fou)則將影(ying)響(xiang)機泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來(lai)一(yi)同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也(ye)用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩軸端(duan)，再通(tong)過某(mou)種方式將兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間(jian)由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變(bian)形或熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的偏(pian)移（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或綜合(he)偏(pian)移）；以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
