萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優異，在(zai)現(xian)代工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成設備(bei)運行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連(lian)接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不(bu)同(tong)機構中(zhong)的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一(yi)起，以(yi)此達到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運動機械零件(jian)，有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他(ta)零件(jian)。

風機聯軸器具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)(he)(he)換向等動作以及緩和(he)(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器可分為剛性(xing)聯軸器和(he)(he)(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯軸器兩(liang)大類。前者不具有緩沖性(xing)和(he)(he)(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸線相對(dui)位(wei)移(yi)的能(neng)力，但結構簡單(dan)，制造(zao)成(cheng)本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于(yu)制(zhi)造(zao)安裝不精(jing)確(que)、工作時的變形或熱膨脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因(yin)所(suo)發生的偏移(yi)（包(bao)括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)或綜合(he)偏移(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
