星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂彈(dan)性體由凸形爪塊(kuai)限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎(tai)體(ti)狀橡膠元件,與兩個半(ban)聯(lian)經過螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,實現扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)和位移補償。橡膠輪胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器具有較高的(de)彈(dan)性性能,扭(niu)轉剛度小,減震能力強,軸向補償能力較大,有良好的(de)阻尼(ni)性能。
彈性輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要(yao)的備件之一(yi),相應的分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分為凸型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩(liang)大(da)類,凸型(xing)又分為帶骨(gu)架整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式、無骨(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)式和徑向切(qie)口式三(san)種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環內側(ce)用(yong)硫化(hua)方法(fa)與鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti),骨(gu)架上的螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝配時(shi)用(yong)螺(luo)栓與兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的凸緣連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺(luo)栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)與凸緣端面之間產生(sheng)的摩擦力來(lai)傳(chuan)遞轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環工作(zuo)時(shi)發生(sheng)扭轉剪(jian)切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高的彈性,補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位(wei)移的能力較大(da),并有(you)良好的阻(zu)尼,而(er)且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆(chai)和維護都比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)(cheng)載能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)不(bu)高(gao)、外形(xing)尺(chi)(chi)寸較大(da),隨(sui)著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)角的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)胎外形(xing)扭(niu)歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)向尺(chi)(chi)寸略有減小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽(shou)命。輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎外緣由于離心(xin)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)作用(yong)而(er)向外擴張,將進(jin)一步增(zeng)大(da)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)(li)(li)。為此(ci),在安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器時應(ying)采(cai)取措施,使(shi)輪(lun)胎中的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)方向與工作時產(chan)生的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)(li)方向相反,以(yi)抵消(xiao)部分附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)(li)(li),達到改善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)工和條件。
輪(lun)胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器由于(yu)種種原因使其(qi)(qi)質心(xin)或慣(guan)性(xing)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)(qi)加(jia)轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)不重合,在運轉(zhuan)時(shi)將產生不平(ping)(ping)衡離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力(li)、離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力(li)偶(ou)和動撓度(振型)的現象(xiang)(xiang),稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的不平(ping)(ping)衡現象(xiang)(xiang),這(zhe)種不平(ping)(ping)衡現象(xiang)(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系的振動,從(cong)而影響(xiang)機器的正(zheng)常(chang)工作和使用壽命,因而對(dui)其(qi)(qi)必須加(jia)以(yi)重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
