
輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎體(ti)狀(zhuang)橡(xiang)膠元件,與兩個半聯經(jing)過(guo)螺栓聯接(jie),實(shi)現扭矩傳遞和位移(yi)補(bu)(bu)償。橡(xiang)膠輪胎聯軸器(qi)具有(you)較高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能,扭轉剛度(du)小,減震能力強,軸向補(bu)(bu)償能力較大,有(you)良好的阻尼性(xing)能。
彈性輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)必要的(de)備件之一,相應的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為凸型和凹型兩大(da)類,凸型又(you)分為帶骨(gu)(gu)架整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式、無骨(gu)(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式和徑(jing)向切(qie)(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)胎環(huan)內(nei)側用硫(liu)化(hua)方法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)(gu)架粘(zhan)接成一體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架上(shang)的(de)螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)母(mu)。裝(zhuang)配時(shi)(shi)用螺(luo)栓與(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸緣連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺(luo)栓使輪(lun)胎與(yu)凸緣端面(mian)之間產生的(de)摩擦力來傳(chuan)遞轉矩(ju),輪(lun)胎環(huan)工作時(shi)(shi)發(fa)生扭轉剪切(qie)(qie)變形,故輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高的(de)彈性,補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位移(yi)的(de)能力較大(da),并有(you)良好的(de)阻尼,而(er)且結構簡(jian)單、不需潤(run)滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護(hu)都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能(neng)力(li)(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大,隨著(zhu)兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角的增(zeng)加使輪胎(tai)外(wai)形扭(niu)歪(wai),軸(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有(you)減小(xiao),將在兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)上產生較大的附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)承負載加大而降低壽(shou)命。輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時,輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的作(zuo)用(yong)而向(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增(zeng)大附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時應采取措施,使輪胎(tai)中的應力(li)(li)方向(xiang)與工作(zuo)時產生的應力(li)(li)方向(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改善聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)承的工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)由(you)于種(zhong)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin)使其(qi)質心(xin)或慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)不(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉(zhuan)時將產(chan)生不(bu)平(ping)衡離心(xin)慣(guan)性力、離心(xin)慣(guan)性力偶和動撓(nao)度(振型)的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang),稱為轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象(xiang),這種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)系的(de)(de)振動,從而(er)影響機器(qi)的(de)(de)正常工(gong)作和使用壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其(qi)必須加以重(zhong)視(shi)。
