輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎體狀橡(xiang)膠元件,與兩(liang)個半(ban)聯經(jing)過(guo)螺栓聯接,實(shi)現扭矩傳遞(di)和位(wei)移(yi)補(bu)償。橡(xiang)膠輪(lun)胎聯軸器具有(you)較(jiao)高的(de)彈性(xing)性(xing)能,扭轉剛度小,減震能力強,軸向補(bu)償能力較(jiao)大(da),有(you)良好的(de)阻尼性(xing)能。
彈性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)必(bi)要的(de)備件之一,相應的(de)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)(shi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)凸型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大類,凸型(xing)又分(fen)(fen)為(wei)帶骨架(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)、無骨整(zheng)體(ti)式(shi)(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)(shi)三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)內側用硫化方法與(yu)鋼(gang)質(zhi)骨架(jia)粘接成一體(ti),骨架(jia)上(shang)的(de)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)孔處焊(han)有(you)(you)螺母。裝配時用螺栓(shuan)(shuan)與(yu)兩半(ban)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸緣(yuan)(yuan)連接,依靠擰緊螺栓(shuan)(shuan)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)(yuan)端(duan)面之間產生的(de)摩擦力(li)來(lai)傳遞轉(zhuan)矩(ju),輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)工作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)(you)很高(gao)的(de)彈性(xing),補償兩軸相對(dui)位(wei)移的(de)能力(li)較(jiao)大,并有(you)(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不(bu)需潤滑、裝拆和維護(hu)都比較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載(zai)能力(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)形(xing)尺寸較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)增加(jia)(jia)使(shi)輪胎(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽命。輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運轉(zhuan)時(shi),輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于(yu)離(li)心(xin)力(li)的(de)作用(yong)而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增大(da)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采取措施,使(shi)輪胎(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工作時(shi)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)應(ying)力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部(bu)分(fen)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪(lun)胎式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)由于種種原因(yin)使(shi)其質心或慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)與其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不重(zhong)合,在運(yun)轉時將產生不平衡(heng)離(li)心慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)力、離(li)心慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)力偶和動(dong)撓度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為(wei)轉子的(de)不平衡(heng)現象,這種不平衡(heng)現象必然(ran)引(yin)起軸(zhou)系的(de)振動(dong),從而影響機器(qi)的(de)正常工(gong)作(zuo)和使(shi)用壽命,因(yin)而對其必須(xu)加(jia)以(yi)重(zhong)視(shi)。
