SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)(yong)在重(zhong)載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都(dou)不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則(ze)將(jiang)影響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)固地聯接起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其(qi)他(ta)零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分(fen)別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
