SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用(yong)效率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運行事(shi)故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同(tong)(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起(qi)來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
