伺服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其使用場(chang)合的(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體在傳動(dong)過程中(zhong)不允(yun)許有(you)間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)(jian)隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不允(yun)許出現傳動(dong)的(de)遲滯(zhi)性(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴(yan)重影響伺服馬達(da)傳動(dong)的(de)精度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳動(dong)強度的(de)基礎(chu)之上，應盡可能降(jiang)低伺服馬達(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)重量(liang)；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)伺服聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不僅(jin)要(yao)求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高，同時需(xu)要(yao)吸收(shou)安(an)裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)產生的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)偏差；其他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸器。它可(ke)以(yi)(yi)將不(bu)同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接在一(yi)起，以(yi)(yi)此(ci)達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零件，有(you)時也用(yong)以(yi)(yi)聯接軸與(yu)其他零件。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動作以(yi)及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)可(ke)分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)和(he)撓性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性和(he)補償兩(liang)軸線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便(bian)。
