SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布(bu)局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可(ke)避免(mian)地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起(qi)來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動和扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端(duan)，再通(tong)過某(mou)種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)接起(qi)來。
