萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能(neng)力高，傳動效率優異(yi)，在現代(dai)工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是(shi)運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可(ke)避免(mian)地(di)要進(jin)行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起(qi)來。
