SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大(da)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調(diao)整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過(guo)某(mou)種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯接起來。
