星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊(kuai)限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承載能力(li)不高(gao)、外形尺(chi)寸較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)相對扭(niu)(niu)轉角的(de)增加使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎外形扭(niu)(niu)歪(wai),軸(zhou)向(xiang)尺(chi)寸略有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)上(shang)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)(shi)軸(zhou)承負(fu)載加大(da)而降低(di)壽命。輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運轉時,輪(lun)胎外緣由于離(li)心力(li)的(de)作用而向(xiang)外擴(kuo)張,將進一(yi)步(bu)增大(da)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)器(qi)時應(ying)采取(qu)措施,使(shi)(shi)輪(lun)胎中的(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)與工(gong)作時產生(sheng)的(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)相反,以抵(di)消(xiao)部(bu)分(fen)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改(gai)善(shan)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩軸(zhou)承的(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪(lun)胎(tai)式(shi)聯軸器(qi)(qi)由(you)于種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原因(yin)使(shi)其質心(xin)或慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)主軸與其加轉軸線(xian)不(bu)重合,在運(yun)轉時將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)離心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力、離心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力偶和(he)動(dong)撓度(振型)的(de)(de)現(xian)象,稱(cheng)為轉子的(de)(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象,這種(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象必然引起軸系的(de)(de)振動(dong),從而(er)影響機(ji)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常工作和(he)使(shi)用壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其必須加以重視。
