SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)(yong)(yong)剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)場合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)(yong)在重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有減速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)(xiang)和換向(xiang)(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和撓性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩大類。前(qian)者不(bu)具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和補償兩軸(zhou)線相對(dui)位(wei)移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和(he)扭矩的機械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊固在(zai)兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半聯接(jie)起來。
