SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)(yong)(yong)剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的場合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主(zhu)動軸和從(cong)動軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來一(yi)同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩半合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式(shi)將(jiang)兩半聯接起(qi)來。
