SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)使(shi)用的場合相近(jin)，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離(li)可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵(beng)在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造(zao)成設(she)備(bei)運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不(bu)同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩軸之(zhi)間(jian)由于(yu)制造安(an)裝不精確(que)、工作時的變形(xing)或熱膨脹等(deng)原因所(suo)發(fa)生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合(he)偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
