SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)在(zai)重載大型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中(zhong)的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起(qi)來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)合成(cheng)，分(fen)別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等(deng)聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)(ban)聯接起來。
