SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他(ta)重型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都(dou)不可避(bi)免地要進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事故。
