萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用的(de)場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械(xie)等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度(du)的調整，使對(dui)輪既(ji)同心(xin)又(you)平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用(yong)效率(lv)或(huo)造成設備運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和(he)(he)從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和(he)(he)扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶(dai)輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成(cheng)，分別(bie)用鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩半聯接起來(lai)。
