The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)是(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)必要的備件之(zhi)一,相應的分(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分(fen)為凸(tu)(tu)型和凹型兩大(da)類(lei),凸(tu)(tu)型又分(fen)為帶骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無骨(gu)(gu)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)和徑(jing)向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側(ce)用硫化方法與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)粘接成一體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)上的螺栓孔處焊有(you)螺母。裝配時用螺栓與(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的凸(tu)(tu)緣連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣端面之(zhi)間產生的摩(mo)擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時發生扭轉剪切變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)很高的彈(dan)性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的能力較大(da),并有(you)良好的阻尼,而且結構(gou)簡單、不(bu)需潤滑、裝拆和維(wei)護(hu)都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承載能力(li)(li)不高、外形(xing)尺寸較大,隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角的(de)(de)(de)增加(jia)使輪(lun)胎外形(xing)扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有減小,將(jiang)在兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大的(de)(de)(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負載加(jia)大而(er)降低壽命。輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎外緣由于離(li)心力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)而(er)向(xiang)外擴(kuo)張,將(jiang)進一(yi)步增大附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時應(ying)(ying)采取措施,使輪(lun)胎中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)與(yu)工作(zuo)時產生的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消(xiao)部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改(gai)善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)(de)(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式(shi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使其質心或慣性主軸與(yu)其加轉軸線不重(zhong)合,在運(yun)轉時(shi)將產生不平(ping)衡(heng)離心慣性力(li)、離心慣性力(li)偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的現(xian)象(xiang),稱為(wei)轉子的不平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang),這種(zhong)不平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)必(bi)然(ran)引起軸系(xi)的振動,從而影響機器(qi)的正常工作和(he)使用壽(shou)命(ming),因而對其必(bi)須加以重(zhong)視。
