SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可(ke)避(bi)免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設(she)備(bei)運行(xing)事故。

對輪聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過程(cheng)中(zhong)，并(bing)且會帶來燃油(you)消(xiao)耗空氣污染等后果(guo)(guo)，由于(yu)承受咬入沖擊動(dong)載(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受到峰(feng)值轉矩，聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承載(zai)能力(li)下降，并(bing)在(zai)短(duan)時間內失效，從而直接(jie)影響其正常工(gong)作(zuo)，其中(zhong)的(de)較薄弱環(huan)節進(jin)行替換或維修是(shi)重(zhong)要和(he)實用(yong)的(de)。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對半徑(jing)變位要求較好，找耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)很大困難。如果(guo)(guo)在(zai)駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松動(dong)，泵裝置的(de)振動(dong)和(he)噪(zao)音(yin)可能會變大。
