凸緣(yuan)(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)屬于剛(gang)(gang)性聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),是(shi)(shi)把兩(liang)個帶有凸緣(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)用(yong)(yong)普通平鍵分別與兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)(lian)接,然后用(yong)(yong)螺(luo)栓把兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)連(lian)(lian)成一(yi)體,以(yi)傳(chuan)遞(di)(di)運動和轉(zhuan)矩。這(zhe)種聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)有兩(liang)種主(zhu)要的(de)(de)(de)結構形式:靠(kao)鉸制孔用(yong)(yong)螺(luo)栓來實現(xian)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)對中和靠(kao)螺(luo)栓桿承受擠壓與剪(jian)切來傳(chuan)遞(di)(di)轉(zhuan)矩;靠(kao)一(yi)個半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)凸肩與另一(yi)個半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)凹槽相(xiang)配合而(er)對中。連(lian)(lian)接兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)栓可(ke)以(yi)采用(yong)(yong)A級(ji)和B級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)普通螺(luo)栓,轉(zhuan)矩靠(kao)兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)結合面的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力矩來傳(chuan)遞(di)(di)。凸緣(yuan)(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)結構簡單,制造方(fang)便,成本較(jiao)低,工作可(ke)靠(kao),裝拆、維護均較(jiao)簡便,傳(chuan)遞(di)(di)轉(zhuan)矩較(jiao)大,能(neng)保證兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)具有較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)對中精度,一(yi)般常用(yong)(yong)于載荷平穩,高(gao)速或傳(chuan)動精度要求較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)動。凸緣(yuan)(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)不具備徑向、軸(zhou)(zhou)向和角向補(bu)償。剛(gang)(gang)性聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種扭轉(zhuan)剛(gang)(gang)性的(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),即使(shi)承受負(fu)載時(shi)也無任(ren)何回轉(zhuan)間(jian)隙,即便是(shi)(shi)有偏(pian)差產生(sheng)負(fu)荷時(shi),剛(gang)(gang)性聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)還是(shi)(shi)剛(gang)(gang)性傳(chuan)遞(di)(di)扭矩。
