萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被廣(guang)泛(fan)采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(da)30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安(an)裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調(diao)整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和扭(niu)矩(ju)的機(ji)(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與(yu)其他零件（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩(liang)(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再通過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)(liang)半聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)起來。
