伺(si)服(fu)電機聯軸器，因其使用場合的(de)精密性(xing)，必須具備特殊(shu)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙：聯軸器整(zheng)體在傳動過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回程(cheng)(cheng)間(jian)隙；高(gao)剛性(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳動的(de)遲(chi)滯(zhi)性(xing)，否(fou)則將嚴重影(ying)響(xiang)伺(si)服(fu)馬達傳動的(de)精度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳動強度(du)的(de)基礎之上(shang)，應盡可能(neng)降低伺(si)服(fu)馬達聯軸器的(de)重量；柔性(xing)：精密的(de)伺(si)服(fu)聯軸器，不(bu)僅要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)剛性(xing)高(gao)，同時需要(yao)(yao)吸收安裝過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)產生的(de)軸與軸之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其他(ta)性(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)、動平衡性(xing)等(deng)。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機與(yu)風機連(lian)接(jie)的聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。它可以(yi)(yi)將不同(tong)機構(gou)中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密(mi)連(lian)接(jie)在一起(qi)，以(yi)(yi)此達到一同(tong)旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)機械(xie)零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以(yi)(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有(you)減速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和沖(chong)(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器可分為剛(gang)性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器和撓性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖(chong)(chong)性和補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對位移的能(neng)力(li)，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆(chai)、維護(hu)方便。
