萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率優異，在(zai)現代工業(ye)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)(yong)剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用(yong)(yong)的(de)場合(he)相(xiang)近，主(zhu)要(yao)運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免(mian)地要(yao)進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否(fou)則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中(zhong)的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊配(pei)合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通(tong)過(guo)某種(zhong)方式將兩半聯接(jie)起來(lai)。
