SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行同軸(zhou)度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又(you)平(ping)行，否則將影響機泵使用效率(lv)或造成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等(deng)）。
