星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體(ti)由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)是輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要的(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一(yi),相應的(de)(de)分(fen)為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)為(wei)凸型和凹(ao)型兩大類,凸型又分(fen)為(wei)帶骨架(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)式、無骨整(zheng)體(ti)式和徑向切口(kou)式三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)環內(nei)側用(yong)硫化(hua)方法與(yu)鋼質骨架(jia)粘接(jie)(jie)成一(yi)體(ti),骨架(jia)上的(de)(de)螺栓(shuan)孔處焊(han)有(you)螺母。裝配時用(yong)螺栓(shuan)與(yu)兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)凸緣連(lian)接(jie)(jie),依(yi)靠擰緊(jin)螺栓(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)與(yu)凸緣端面(mian)之(zhi)間(jian)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)環工作時發生(sheng)扭轉剪切變形(xing),故輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高的(de)(de)彈性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對(dui)位移(yi)的(de)(de)能力較(jiao)大,并(bing)有(you)良好的(de)(de)阻尼(ni),而且結構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑(hua)、裝拆和維護都比(bi)較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承(cheng)載(zai)(zai)能力(li)(li)不(bu)高(gao)、外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉角的(de)增(zeng)加使(shi)輪胎(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭(niu)歪(wai),軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減小,將在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)(zai)加大(da)而降低壽命。輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于(yu)離心力(li)(li)的(de)作用而向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一(yi)步增(zeng)大(da)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在(zai)安(an)裝聯軸(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)采取措施,使(shi)輪胎(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產生的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消(xiao)部分附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到(dao)改善(shan)聯軸(zhou)器和兩(liang)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯(lian)軸器由于(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使其質心或慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)(xing)主軸與其加轉(zhuan)軸線不重(zhong)合,在運轉(zhuan)時將產生不平衡(heng)離(li)(li)心慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)(xing)力、離(li)(li)心慣(guan)(guan)性(xing)(xing)力偶(ou)和動撓(nao)度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的(de)不平衡(heng)現象,這種(zhong)不平衡(heng)現象必然引(yin)起(qi)軸系的(de)振動,從(cong)而影響機器的(de)正(zheng)常工(gong)作和使用壽命,因而對其必須加以重(zhong)視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
