SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可(ke)(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可(ke)(ke)達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機(ji)(ji)泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

風(feng)機聯軸器具(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向和(he)(he)換向等動作以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯軸器和(he)(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯軸器兩大類。前者(zhe)不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制(zhi)造成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維(wei)護(hu)方便(bian)。
