SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的場合相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免(mian)地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)(ji)泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事(shi)故。

伺(si)服(fu)(fu)電機聯軸器(qi)，因其使用場合的精密(mi)性(xing)，必須具備(bei)特殊(shu)的性(xing)能：零間隙(xi)(xi)：聯軸器(qi)整體在傳(chuan)(chuan)動過程中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間隙(xi)(xi)，包(bao)括正向間隙(xi)(xi)以(yi)及回程間隙(xi)(xi)；高剛性(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳(chuan)(chuan)動的遲(chi)滯性(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重影響伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬(ma)達(da)傳(chuan)(chuan)動的精度；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)(chuan)動強度的基礎(chu)之上，應(ying)盡可能降低伺(si)服(fu)(fu)馬(ma)達(da)聯軸器(qi)的重量；柔性(xing)：精密(mi)的伺(si)服(fu)(fu)聯軸器(qi)，不(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)高，同(tong)時需要吸(xi)收安裝過程中(zhong)產生的軸與軸之間的偏差；其他性(xing)能：耐(nai)熱性(xing)、動平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在一(yi)起(qi)，以此達到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件(jian)，有(you)時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件(jian)。

風(feng)機聯軸器(qi)具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩(huan)(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯軸器(qi)可(ke)分為剛(gang)性(xing)聯軸器(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)聯軸器(qi)兩(liang)大(da)類(lei)。前者(zhe)不具有緩(huan)(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)補償兩(liang)軸線相對位移(yi)的能(neng)力(li)，但結構(gou)簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
