The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎體(ti)是輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要的(de)(de)(de)(de)備(bei)件之一,相應的(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎體(ti)。輪(lun)胎式(shi)(shi)(shi)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)凸型和(he)凹型兩大類,凸型又分(fen)為(wei)(wei)帶(dai)骨架整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、無(wu)骨整體(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)徑(jing)向切口式(shi)(shi)(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎環內側用硫化方法與鋼質骨架粘接成一體(ti),骨架上的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺栓孔處焊(han)有螺母(mu)。裝(zhuang)配時用螺栓與兩半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)凸緣(yuan)連接,依(yi)靠擰緊螺栓使輪(lun)胎與凸緣(yuan)端面之間產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)摩擦力(li)來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎環工(gong)作時發生扭轉剪切變形,故輪(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有很高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性,補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)相對位移的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)較大,并(bing)有良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和(he)維護都比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載(zai)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形尺寸較大(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)(de)(de)增加(jia)(jia)使輪(lun)胎外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有減(jian)小,將(jiang)在兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽命。輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速(su)運轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴(kuo)張,將(jiang)進一步增大(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li)。為(wei)此,在安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時應采取措施(shi),使輪(lun)胎中的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作(zuo)時產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分(fen)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)(li),達(da)到改善(shan)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)和條(tiao)件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)由于種種原因使其(qi)質(zhi)心(xin)或慣(guan)性(xing)主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線(xian)不(bu)重合,在運(yun)轉時將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)離心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力、離心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力偶和動撓度(du)(振型)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),稱(cheng)為轉子的(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang),這(zhe)種不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振動,從而(er)(er)影響(xiang)機器(qi)的(de)正常工作和使用壽命,因而(er)(er)對其(qi)必須加以重視。
