萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載(zai)能力高，傳動(dong)效率優(you)異，在現代(dai)工業領域被(bei)廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備(bei)領域(yu)，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)(yun)輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離(li)可達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是(shi)運(yun)(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都(dou)不可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)地(di)要(yao)進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設備(bei)運(yun)行事故。
