萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體(ti)式(shi)叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可(ke)避免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影(ying)響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成(cheng)設備運(yun)行(xing)事故。
