SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械(xie)(xie)等其(qi)他重型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可(ke)達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進(jin)行同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造(zao)成設(she)備運行事故(gu)。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)電子裝備行業(ye)、自(zi)動化生產線(xian)、輸送機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載或機(ji)械故(gu)障而導致所(suo)需扭矩超過設定(ding)值(zhi)時，它以打(da)(da)滑形(xing)式限制傳動系(xi)統所(suo)傳動的扭力，打(da)(da)滑的同時也(ye)能(neng)一(yi)個信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出停掉電機(ji)和減速(su)機(ji)，當(dang)過載情形(xing)消失后自行恢復(fu)聯結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用(yong)范(fan)圍:電子裝(zhuang)備行業、自動化生產線(xian)、輸(shu)送機行業等(deng)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中(zhong)的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有(you)時也(ye)用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩半聯(lian)接起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間由(you)于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時的變(bian)形或熱(re)膨脹(zhang)等原因所發(fa)生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以(yi)及(ji)緩和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
