SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器(qi)。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或(huo)機械故障而導致所需(xu)扭(niu)矩超過設定值時(shi)，它以(yi)打(da)滑(hua)形式限制傳動系統所傳動的扭(niu)力(li)，打(da)滑(hua)的同時(shi)也能一個(ge)信號輸出(chu)停(ting)掉(diao)電機和減速(su)機，當過載(zai)情形消失后自行(xing)恢復聯結。
