壓縮機膜片聯軸器如何選型

伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，因其使用(yong)場合的(de)(de)精密性(xing)(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零(ling)間(jian)(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器整體在傳動過程中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回(hui)程間(jian)(jian)隙；高剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許出現傳動的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達(da)傳動的(de)(de)精度；低(di)慣量(liang)：在保證(zheng)傳動強(qiang)度的(de)(de)基礎(chu)之上，應盡可(ke)能(neng)降(jiang)低(di)伺(si)服馬達(da)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)重量(liang)；柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器，不(bu)僅要求剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)高，同時(shi)需要吸收安裝過程中(zhong)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)(xing)(xing)、動平衡(heng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)等(deng)。
風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與風機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。它可以將(jiang)不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密(mi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)在一起，以此達到(dao)一同旋轉的目(mu)的，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械(xie)零件(jian)，有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)。
風機聯(lian)軸器(qi)具有(you)減速、增(zeng)速、變(bian)向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)(zuo)用。聯(lian)軸器(qi)可分(fen)為(wei)剛(gang)性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)和(he)(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩(liang)(liang)大(da)類。前者不(bu)具有(you)緩沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩(liang)(liang)軸線相對位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。
