萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代(dai)工業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運(yun)用(yong)(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安(an)裝過程中都不(bu)可(ke)避免地要進(jin)行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影(ying)響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)電子(zi)裝備行業、自動化生產線、輸送機行業等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當超載或機械故障而導致所(suo)需扭矩超過設定(ding)值時(shi)，它以(yi)打(da)滑形式限制傳動(dong)系統所(suo)傳動(dong)的扭力，打(da)滑的同時(shi)也(ye)能一個信號輸出停掉電(dian)機和減速(su)機，當過載情形消失后自行(xing)恢復(fu)聯結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應(ying)用范(fan)圍:電子裝備(bei)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)、自動化(hua)生產線(xian)、輸送(song)機行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)等。

靠背輪(lun)常由兩半(ban)(ban)合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
