SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運(yun)行事故。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)(yu)風(feng)機(ji)連(lian)(lian)接的聯軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以(yi)將不同(tong)機(ji)構中的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連(lian)(lian)接在一(yi)起，以(yi)此(ci)達(da)到一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的目(mu)的，并傳遞運動機(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)(yu)其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸器具有減速、增速、變向和(he)(he)換向等動作以及緩和(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的(de)作用(yong)。聯(lian)軸器可分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)軸器和(he)(he)撓性聯(lian)軸器兩大(da)類。前者不具有緩沖性和(he)(he)補償(chang)兩軸線相對位移的(de)能力，但結構簡(jian)單，制(zhi)造成本(ben)較(jiao)低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便(bian)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不同(tong)機(ji)構中(zhong)的主(zhu)動軸和(he)從動軸牢固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和(he)扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械(xie)部件(jian)。有時(shi)也(ye)用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼(jian)有補(bu)償兩軸之間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作時的(de)變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生的(de)偏移(yi)（包括軸向偏移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜(zong)合偏移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
