SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合(he)相近，主要(yao)運用在重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機械(xie)(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效率(lv)或造成設備運(yun)行事故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連接在一起，以此(ci)達到一同旋轉的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零件，有時(shi)也用(yong)以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件。

風機(ji)聯軸器(qi)具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向和換(huan)向等動作以(yi)及(ji)緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器(qi)可分為剛性聯軸器(qi)和撓(nao)性聯軸器(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性和補(bu)償兩軸線相(xiang)對位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。
