SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的(de)場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用在(zai)重(zhong)載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中都不可避免地(di)要進行同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則(ze)將(jiang)影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不(bu)同機構中的主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與其(qi)他零件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)端(duan)，再通過某(mou)種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精確(que)、工作時的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等(deng)原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振。
