萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高(gao)，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被廣(guang)泛(fan)采(cai)用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的(de)場合(he)相(xiang)近(jin)，主要(yao)運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶(dai)輪等(deng)）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接起來。
