扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當(dang)超(chao)載或機(ji)械故障(zhang)而導致所(suo)(suo)需扭矩(ju)超(chao)過設定值時，它以打(da)滑形式限制傳(chuan)動系統所(suo)(suo)傳(chuan)動的扭力(li)，打(da)滑的同(tong)時也能(neng)一(yi)個信(xin)號輸出停掉(diao)電機(ji)和(he)減速機(ji)，當(dang)過載情形消(xiao)失后(hou)自行恢復聯結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電子裝(zhuang)備行業、自動化生產線(xian)、輸送機行業等。
