SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同軸度(du)的(de)調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備(bei)運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)(lai)將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固(gu)地聯接起來(lai)(lai)一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和扭(niu)矩的機械部件。有時也用以(yi)聯接軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
