The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能力(li)(li)不(bu)高、外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)較大,隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角(jiao)的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使輪(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減(jian)小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)較大的(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負載加(jia)大而(er)降低壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高速(su)運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心(xin)力(li)(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴(kuo)張,將進一步增(zeng)大附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采取措施(shi),使輪(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)產生(sheng)的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯軸(zhou)器由于種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原(yuan)因使其質心或慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)主軸(zhou)與其加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線(xian)不重(zhong)合(he),在運轉(zhuan)時(shi)將(jiang)產生(sheng)不平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力、離心慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的(de)不平衡(heng)現象,這種(zhong)(zhong)不平衡(heng)現象必然引起(qi)軸(zhou)系的(de)振動,從(cong)而(er)影響機器的(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命(ming),因而(er)對其必須加以重(zhong)視。
