扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超(chao)載(zai)或(huo)機(ji)械故障而導致所需扭(niu)矩(ju)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)設(she)定值(zhi)時，它以打(da)滑形式限制傳動系統所傳動的扭(niu)力(li)，打(da)滑的同時也能一個信號輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速(su)機(ji)，當(dang)過(guo)(guo)載(zai)情形消失后自行恢復聯結。
