The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪胎體狀橡膠(jiao)元件(jian),與兩個半聯(lian)經(jing)過螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),實現扭矩傳遞和位移補償(chang)。橡膠(jiao)輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有較(jiao)高的彈性性能,扭轉(zhuan)剛度小,減震能力強,軸(zhou)(zhou)向補償(chang)能力較(jiao)大(da),有良好的阻(zu)尼性能。
彈性輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器必要的備件之一,相應的分(fen)為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器分(fen)為(wei)凸型和凹型兩大(da)類,凸型又分(fen)為(wei)帶骨(gu)架整體式(shi)、無骨(gu)整體式(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環內側用硫(liu)化(hua)方法與鋼質骨(gu)架粘接(jie)成一體,骨(gu)架上的螺栓孔處焊(han)有螺母(mu)。裝(zhuang)配時用螺栓與兩半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器的凸緣連接(jie),依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓使輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)與凸緣端面之間產生(sheng)的摩擦力(li)來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環工作時發生(sheng)扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器具(ju)有很高的彈性,補償兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)位(wei)移的能(neng)力(li)較大(da),并有良好的阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能(neng)力(li)(li)不(bu)高(gao)、外(wai)形(xing)尺寸較大(da)(da),隨著兩軸相(xiang)對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)角的(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)使輪胎(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭(niu)歪,軸向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減小,將(jiang)在兩軸上產生較大(da)(da)的(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸承負載加(jia)(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)而降低壽命。輪胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器高(gao)速(su)運轉(zhuan)時,輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由(you)于離心力(li)(li)的(de)作用(yong)而向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將(jiang)進一步增(zeng)(zeng)大(da)(da)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為(wei)此(ci),在安裝聯(lian)軸器時應(ying)采取措施,使輪胎(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作時產生的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部分(fen)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸器和兩軸承的(de)工(gong)和條件(jian)。
輪胎式聯軸器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原(yuan)因使其質心或慣性主軸與(yu)其加(jia)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸線不重(zhong)合,在運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時將(jiang)產生不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)離心慣性力、離心慣性力偶和動撓度(振型)的現象(xiang),稱為轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子的不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現象(xiang),這種(zhong)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現象(xiang)必然引起軸系的振動,從而影響機器的正常工作和使用壽命(ming),因而對其必須加(jia)以重(zhong)視。
