SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運(yun)用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響(xiang)機泵使用效率或造成設備運(yun)行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的主動軸和(he)(he)從動軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和(he)(he)扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配(pei)合等(deng)聯接(jie)，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式(shi)將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯接(jie)起來(lai)。
