星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形(xing)爪(zhua)塊限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎(tai)體狀(zhuang)橡膠元(yuan)件,與兩個半聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現(xian)扭矩(ju)傳遞和位移補償(chang)。橡膠輪胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有較(jiao)高的(de)彈性性能,扭轉剛度(du)小,減(jian)震(zhen)能力強,軸(zhou)(zhou)向補償(chang)能力較(jiao)大,有良好的(de)阻尼性能。
彈性輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)必(bi)要的(de)備(bei)件之(zhi)一(yi),相應(ying)的(de)分(fen)(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)分(fen)(fen)為凸(tu)型和(he)凹型兩大類(lei),凸(tu)型又分(fen)(fen)為帶骨架整體(ti)式(shi)、無骨整體(ti)式(shi)和(he)徑向切(qie)口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側用硫化方法與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨架粘接成(cheng)一(yi)體(ti),骨架上的(de)螺(luo)(luo)栓孔處(chu)焊有螺(luo)(luo)母。裝配(pei)時用螺(luo)(luo)栓與(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸(tu)緣連(lian)接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)緣端面(mian)之(zhi)間產生的(de)摩擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有很高的(de)彈性,補償兩軸相對位移的(de)能力(li)較大,并有良好的(de)阻尼(ni),而(er)且結構簡單、不需潤滑(hua)、裝拆和(he)維(wei)護都(dou)比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)不(bu)高(gao)、外形(xing)尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大,隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外形(xing)扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有(you)減(jian)小,將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生較(jiao)大的(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大而(er)降低壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外緣由于(yu)離(li)心力(li)的(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外擴張,將進一步增(zeng)大附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此(ci),在安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應采(cai)取措施,使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)中的(de)應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作時(shi)產生的(de)應力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到(dao)改善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工和條件。
輪胎(tai)式聯(lian)軸器由于種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原因使其質心(xin)或慣性(xing)主(zhu)軸與其加轉軸線不重合,在運轉時將產生不平衡離心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)、離心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)偶和動撓(nao)度(振(zhen)型)的(de)(de)現象(xiang)(xiang),稱為轉子的(de)(de)不平衡現象(xiang)(xiang),這種(zhong)(zhong)不平衡現象(xiang)(xiang)必然引起(qi)軸系的(de)(de)振(zhen)動,從而(er)(er)影響機器的(de)(de)正常工(gong)作和使用壽(shou)命,因而(er)(er)對其必須(xu)加以重視。
