SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使用效率或(huo)造成設(she)備運(yun)行(xing)事故。
