SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的(de)場合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用于電子裝備行業、自(zi)動(dong)化生產線、輸送機行業等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當超載(zai)或機械(xie)故(gu)障而導致(zhi)所需扭矩超過(guo)設定值時，它(ta)以打滑形(xing)式限制傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)系統所傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)的扭力，打滑的同(tong)時也(ye)能一個(ge)信號輸出停掉電機和(he)減速(su)機，當過(guo)載(zai)情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯結。
