萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載(zai)能力(li)高，傳動效率優(you)異，在(zai)現(xian)代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不(bu)可避(bi)免地要進(jin)行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則(ze)將影(ying)響機泵使用(yong)效率或造(zao)成設備(bei)運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和(he)扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合(he)成，分(fen)別(bie)用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯接起來。
