
輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎體狀橡膠元(yuan)件(jian),與兩個半聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現(xian)扭(niu)矩傳遞和(he)位移補(bu)償。橡膠輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸器具有較(jiao)高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能(neng),扭(niu)轉剛度小,減震能(neng)力強,軸向(xiang)補(bu)償能(neng)力較(jiao)大,有良好的阻尼性(xing)能(neng)。
彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)體是輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)必要的(de)備件之一(yi),相應(ying)的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為凸(tu)(tu)型和(he)凹型兩(liang)大類,凸(tu)(tu)型又分為帶骨架(jia)整體式、無(wu)骨整體式和(he)徑(jing)向切(qie)口(kou)式三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側(ce)用硫化方法(fa)與(yu)(yu)鋼質骨架(jia)粘接成一(yi)體,骨架(jia)上的(de)螺栓(shuan)(shuan)孔處焊有(you)螺母。裝配時(shi)用螺栓(shuan)(shuan)與(yu)(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣(yuan)連(lian)接,依靠(kao)擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣(yuan)端面之間產(chan)生的(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作(zuo)時(shi)發生扭(niu)轉剪切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)很高的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing),補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移的(de)能(neng)力較大,并有(you)良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而且結構(gou)簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力不(bu)高(gao)、外(wai)形尺寸(cun)較大(da)(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉角的(de)增加使(shi)輪胎外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)上(shang)產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,使(shi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載加大(da)(da)而降低壽(shou)命(ming)。輪胎聯軸(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪胎外(wai)緣由于離心力的(de)作(zuo)用而向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步增大(da)(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力。為此,在安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器時(shi)應采(cai)取措施,使(shi)輪胎中的(de)應力方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)產(chan)生的(de)應力方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部分附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,達(da)到改(gai)善聯軸(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于種種原因(yin)使(shi)其(qi)質(zhi)心或(huo)慣(guan)性主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平衡(heng)離心慣(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)性力偶和動(dong)撓度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象,這種不(bu)平衡(heng)現象必然引(yin)起軸(zhou)系(xi)的(de)振動(dong),從而(er)(er)影響機器的(de)正常工作和使(shi)用壽命(ming),因(yin)而(er)(er)對其(qi)必須加(jia)以重(zhong)視(shi)。
